Moreno won stages in The Tour de France, Tour of Italy and the Tour of Switzerland. he was known as ll Capo, the Boss. argentin won the Liege Bastogne Liege 4 times, Fleche Wallone 3 times, the Ronde van Vlaanderan and the Tour of Lombardy once. He was Italian National Champion in 1983 and 1989. He was World profesional Road Race Champion in 1986
